About SiteBook SiteBook is a leading B2B SaaS product that helps builders to simplify and streamline the management of their construction sites, safety processes and project scheduling. SiteBook is preparing for accelerated growth in the Australian market and is building a team of results-driven sales professionals to lead the charge. If you’re a hungry sales professional with proven skills in driving customer acquisition for SaaS products, then this role is for you. Primary Role Objectives: Engage and acquire new customers via inbound and outbound sales channels. Showcase the power and versatility of our products through product demonstrations, effectively highlighting how our solutions align with the unique needs and challenges of builders. Oversee the handover to the Customer Success team, to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to satisfied customer. Secondary Role Objectives: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our SaaS product (SiteBook), staying abreast of updates and enhancements. Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and collaboration for a unified customer experience. Track, analyse, and report on key sales performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement within your team. Required Skills and Experience : Proven track record in B2B sales, with SaaS experience. Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets. Understanding of the Australian construction industry including the build process, site management and estimating (training provided if required). Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to work from home in your own professional office environment. Remuneration package: Base salary of $120K uncapped commission (OTE $200K per annum). Pay reviews conducted every 6 months. Ability to work from home. Training and career development provided.
