About this exciting Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us in this important role and provide support across the Australian Henry Schein Human Resources team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a role full of variety which has exposure across the employee lifecycle as well as the opportunity to become involved in exciting projects. This role is the back-bone of the HR team adding value and contributing to; HR processes, Staff Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Legal, Employee Surveys, Learning and Development and Reporting. You will bring to this role an enthusiasm to develop your career in Human Resources along with a strong sense of initiative, organisational skills and hunger for ongoing learning. You may also already have experience working in HR but looking for more work life balance (we are open to school hours, or 3 set days per week). Your Skills, Experience, and Attributes you will possess: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent (essential) Ideally some experience working in HR (non-essential) Ability to maintain confidentiality and overall, strong emotional intelligence. Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, (intermediate Excel), other software platforms, (HR software a bonus) Strong communication and time management skills​ with high attention to detail You will be customer focused, approachable, and a team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
