Working hand in hand with the real estate team to deliver the new store pipeline Co-ordinating and evaluating Site Investigation reports including the availability of services, geotechnical and contamination assessments Managing and liaising with governing authorities during approval and development process Managing the development of project documentation, ensuring compliance with all departmental procedures and processes Managing the tender process, evaluation and appointment of contractors, nominated subcontractors and suppliers Managing the construction process ensuring stakeholders (i.e. Licensee, Operations, Contractors, Suppliers) are kept informed through regular site meetings and formal status reports Ensuring construction projects are delivered to time & budget Coordinating the project handover process (incorporating all disciplines and suppliers) to ensure the operations team are fully briefed on the operation and maintenance of all items Facilitating and actioning ad hoc building requests from key stakeholders
