Nextt is seeking a motivated Scheduler who would like to join a high-performing team in our newly established Central Services team. You’ll work as part of a tight-knit Scheduling team who ensure our clients receive support from our highly skilled workforce. Scheduling has combined forces with Talent Acquisition to tailor an unmatched Support Worker experience from application through to working with our amazing clients. You’ll join us in Melbourne, based out of our purpose built office in the CBD, on a 6-month Fixed-Term contract. A hybrid role ensures you have the right level of flexibility and work-life balance. We believe everyone deserves to get more out of life and we are passionate about understanding our customers and supporting them to achieve their goals.​ The Opportunity Our Nextt person will join us with proven experience working as a Scheduler or in similar roles such as Rostering Coordinator, Workforce Planner, Contact Centre Agent, or Medical Administration. Disability or Health sector experience is an advantage as you’ll be Scheduling Support Workers in line with the SCHADS award. The role reports to the Scheduling Team Leader, some of the day-to-day activities include: Matching Support Workers with Clients and Rostering accordingly, providing excellent customer service. Working closely with our Client Experience & Intake Managers supporting and developing the Support Worker teams Ensuring support workers are placed into active shifts based on individual participant needs and follow up progress. Identifying shortfalls and providing proactive solutions to the team. About you: You’ll have excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detail. Have experienced working either in a Scheduling type role or one that includes managing a high volume of caseloads and calls. Have excellent written & verbal communication, influencing & negotiation, and critical problem-solving skills.
