We employ more than 1,000 staff across Victoria and Tasmania. Your new role We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our tight-knit team at our Barwon Office (in Geelong) on a Part Time basis. The role will span 25 hours per week providing administrative support to managers and coordinator. Your responsibilities and duties will include: Provide secretarial and administrative support to Regional Managers – Community Services, Site Coordinators and Case Managers Develop, co-ordinate and maintain the administration functions and program records of the office. Manage the office petty cash and monitor clients’ trust money including counting, recording, and signing in and out of money. Enter data into Pay global (MYOB), Epicor and Riskware, as required. Other administrative duties as directed by the Site Coordinator or Regional Manager What we will require from you: Excellent administration skills (previous experience in a similar role within aged care/health care is highly advantageous) Strong Financial management skills Attention to detail An understanding of Aged Care processes The ability to prioritise tasks and time manage efficiently Strong IT skills and great knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication skills A caring and non-judgmental approach with the ability to work with people from varying socio-economic backgrounds How to apply For more information about the role, you can download a copy of the Position Description here Applications can be directed to Christine Waples (Acting Community Regional Manager – Barwon/Grampians/Hume) and submitted via our website.
