Yennora NSW Full Time Permanent Day/Afternoons $85,000-90,000 Super ASAP Start Our Client is a National Business seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager to join their tight knit team in Yennora You will be leading the team of pick packers, liaising with internal management teams and ensuring day-to-day operations within the warehouse run smoothly. Responsible for: Overseeing orders picked/packed Ensuring quality control as per company standards Managing others as well as yourself Communicate with staff regularly, keeping them aware of priorities, targets, and operational requirements. Ensure you are acting in compliance with food safety (HACCP) standards and report quality stock issues to QA. Assist with recruitment, train staff, and monitor performance and progress to ensure targets are met. Identify opportunities for system/process improvements, recommend changes, and resolve issues promptly. Escalate issues as necessary.
