About the Role We are looking for passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in Orange, NSW, providing compassionate care to two young clients. In this role, you'll be a crucial part of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation, where you'll work alongside a supportive team. You'll have the autonomy to make a significant impact on the lives of our participants, assisting with personal health, facilitating social connections, nurturing domestic skills, and maintaining accurate documentation.
