The Role: Our Melbourne depot has an opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join their team. You will provide administrative support in the day-to-day administration activities in the depot including general admin support & data input. The role will be Monday to Friday with some weekend work required. Your main responsibilities will include: The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met Managing freight bookings and time slot requests Assisting with depot pallet control Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration and Depot Manager Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed, filed and utilised in compliance with any and all regulatory standards for the transportation industry.
