Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Contract Administrator to oversee the administration of contracts for projects within our servicing company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term growth and development within our organization. Responsibilities: • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for projects with clients nationwide. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contract terms and conditions are understood and implemented effectively. • Manage contract documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. • Monitor contract performance, including milestones, deliverables, and payments, and communicate with relevant stakeholders to address any issues or concerns. • Track project timelines and deadlines to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. • Provide support to project managers and other team members as needed to facilitate project execution. • Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, amendments, and other related documents. • Assist in the resolution of contract disputes or discrepancies. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a contract administrator or similar role, preferably in the servicing industry. • Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions, with the ability to review and negotiate contracts effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders. • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Location: This position is based at our Sydney office, with the possibility of remote work depending on project requirements.
