Expect all this and more when you join us at BevChain. What does the job look like? BevChain are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the high-performance team based in Heathwood. Reporting the Warehouse Manager, this role will effectively manage the afternoon shift and is responsible for maintaining an efficient and productive warehouse team, ensuring the contracted outcomes are achieved in an efficient and cost-effective manner whilst maintaining a safe working environment. This is an exciting permanent opportunity, operating Monday to Thursday (2pm-11:30pm) and Friday (2pm-9pm). Key areas: Support and supervise the PM shift team and assist the day to day running of the warehouse operations Coordinate effective rostering and management of warehouse teams and resources to deliver productive outcomes Active frontline engagement with site personnel to ensure they are motivated, trained and competent to perform tasks Provide a safe working environment and ensure housekeeping procedures are implemented and maintained throughout the operation Generate reports to the leadership team on daily and weekly warehouse activity Proactively manage the relationship with our customer Are you the one?
