Temp to Perm Opportunity Located in Truganina Opportunity for growth and training About the Role:Warehouse Supervisor performs the duties associated with maintain and supervising receiving, stocking, distributing, and inventorying of supplies. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities and will implement productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume. About the Role:Planning, organizing and responsibility of warehousing staffKey Link between scheduled orders coming in and out of the warehouse.Ensure warehouse is presentable at all times.Enhancing operational workflowAbility to be hands on and assist on the floorEnsure workplace health and safety requirements are being metEnsure effective communication with all staff.Promote team culture and constantly motivate staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse management.Provide ongoing ideas for improvement and enhancement of warehouse processesForklift driving. Skills / Experience required:Previous experience in a similar role/capacity.Strong planning, coordinating and organisational skillsAbility to follow processes and procedures accuratelyExcellent people and process skillsHands-on approach with a high attention to detailAbility to supervise, train and develop staff.Forklift license and experience is required.
