The successful applicants will have: Team Leader experience in the Transport and Logistics sector is critical Excellent customer service skills and natural ease in dealing with people Outstanding verbal and written communications/interpersonal skills Efficient and courteous telephone technique Eye for detail and accuracy Time management skills / able to multitask and prioritise workloads Goods Inwards/outwards receipting experience essential Microsoft Suite essential SAP / WMS experience essential Forklift Licence (LF) will be highly preferred To be considered for this role: Warehouse team leader experience Ability to supervise, mentor, motivate and influence persons within area of responsibility Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment SAP / WMS experience essential Microsoft Suite experience essential Able to meet expectations, KPI's and targets for the off- site receipting (OSR) team Current Forklift License (LF) highly desirable Forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment highly desirable Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Accurate data entry into a variety of systems including SAP/WMS High level attention to detail Exposure to the resource industry material control Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude with a common sense approach to all tasks Be responsible, reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
