Support with continuing education and certifications within applicable fields  Te   kowhiringa | The Opportunity The primary role of the  Retail Coordinator  is to assist the Retail Manager in a  co-ordination  and supervisory capacity of employees and day to day store activities. This role is a full-time role which will have a pay range of $29.66- $30.00. If you are passionate and possess the following skills, then we would love to hear from you  Managing the floor staff Coordinating staff recruitment if required Coordinating staff training and development activities Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture Assisting with customer service queries  Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies  Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety Nga pukenga matua | Important Skills In this fast pace, dynamic, multifaceted role where every day is different, you will be responsible for: Effective supervisory, leadership and people management skills Efficient problem-solving skills Proficiency in using computer systems Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills among all stakeholders Dedicated work ethic Eye for detail and accuracy  Experience in the retail pharmacy industry in New Zealand preferred 1 year or more of retail management experience preferred NZ qualification level 5 and over in management preferred Understanding of pharmacy and pharmaceutical goods is a plus but not necessary.
