With a new opportunity, the company is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team in playing a vital role in delivering high-quality service to customers. The Role Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for: Resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders Managing customer feedback to the Customer Experience Manager for reporting Demonstrate a strong understanding of their services Proficiency in working within a high-paced environment About you To be successful for this role, you will have: Previous customer service or call centre experience required A high attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong knowledge of computer systems would be beneficial A self-driven attitude and willingness to learn Demonstrate empathy towards customer inquiries What’s in it for you?
