Their product range includes earthmoving machinery, mining equipment, mobile cranes, tower cranes, maritime cranes as well as foundation and piling equipment throughout Australia and New Zealand. The position The Service Administrator is responsible for the provision of timely and effective administrative services to the Maritime Cranes Division and its Customers. In this role you will liaise directly with internal and external customers as well as form strong working relationships with internal sales, service, parts, warehouse and Maritime Cargo personnel. The duties include: Raising customer service jobs /repair orders and costing completed jobs Invoicing of customer service jobs Assisting with the scheduling of services Site mobilisation functions Prepare payroll data Addressing customer queries Booking travel Processing employee expenses and collate all expenses for on-charging Manage purchase order workflow Skills / Experience Minimum of two years' experience in a Service Coordination / Service Administrator role Relevant industry experience would be a strong advantage Must be an exceptional communicator with strong attention to detail Must have the ability to multitask and independently prioritize workload according to competing demands Data entry and reporting experience is strongly desired The successful candidate will: be extremely reliable, flexible and passionate about customer service have unresteicted Australian working rights be available to commence in April 2024 have a strong work ethic and the ability to work within a diverse team In return the client offers, a generous salary, dedicated on the job training and support, internal promotion opportunities, an inclusive and professional workplace culture and hybrid working arrangements at the completion of the training period.
