Yatsal is seeking an Administrator to become an essential part of our sales team. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth sales operations and delivering outstanding customer service. If you're adaptable, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong multitasking skills, we invite you to apply Key Responsibilities: Coordinate travel arrangements and manage related administrative tasks. Assist with setting up new accounts and support order processing. Handle various order types, including the management of backorders. Provide administrative support to the sales team and Account Managers. Undertake various administrative tasks and serve as a backup for team members. Manage Excel-related tasks, including invoice generation and submission form updates, and coordinate the distribution of sample products. Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.). Exceptional organisational skills, with an ability to meet deadlines consistently. Strong attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
