I am currently partnered with a global provider of agricultural solutions who are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Ballarat team in a permanent ongoing position. Your new role As the Customer Service Representative, you will work in a full-time capacity with a focus on being on site in order to coordinate with the warehouse and wider team members. You will become a valued member of the close-knit team and be a part of the ongoing success of the business. Reporting to Sales Managers & the GM you will both share & understand customer needs. There will also be the opportunity for workshops and conferences throughout the year. As the Customer Service Representative, your duties will include: Implement distinguished customer service of exceptional standards to all customers. Build and maintain effective service relationships with customers, warehouses, and other contacts. Receiving, processing, invoicing, and monitoring all customer orders. Achieving a high level of data accuracy for all orders processed. Processing customer credits/debits/complaints effectively and efficiently in accordance with guidelines using Salesforce.com Participating in inventory stock forecast meetings Participating in the monthly collection of key performance data for Customer Service. Providing Sales team with up-to-date reports of stock levels and open orders, to assist with product allocation. Organising the transfer of stock between warehouses & states Review logistical rates and approve freight invoices. Assist with product and industry technical support and solutions What you'll need to succeed Superior interpersonal skills - Listening, questioning, negotiating, persuasion. Experience with Freighting and warehousing highly regarded Strong focus on safety Conflict and problem resolution Excellent telephone techniques Sound written and verbal communication skills.
