As a Customer Service Representative, you are at the forefront of our quality service delivery. You will be the vibrant face and voice of our company, orchestrating seamless interactions with our valued clients. From managing a high volume of incoming calls to efficiently scheduling work for our field team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of service delivery. Your day-to-day tasks will involve liaising with customers, property managers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and exceed customer expectations. What you will be doing day to day: • Managing the customer experience, ensuring each enquiry is completed or directed to the correct person • Answering and directing a high volume of incoming calls • Responding to online enquiries and work orders • Making outbound calls to our customers • Maintaining and updating customer database, capturing clear scope of works information and establishing customers’ needs • Facilitating teamwork and promoting best practice processes across the Customer Service Representatives team • Participating in weekly Customer Service Training About You: • Proven experience in handling a high volume of incoming calls, with call centre experience being advantageous. • Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service • Excellent presentation and communication skills • A "can do attitude" committed to getting the job done • Self- motivated with the ability to adapt to changing working environments • Resilient to daily work challenges • Intermediate Computer Skills – including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Excellent communication skills both on the telephone and face-to-face • Enjoy working in a team environment and be willing to help others • Previous experience in Customer Service delivery • Simpro knowledge advantageous • National Police Clearance Why Work with Us?
