Work with high quality products and maximise your exceptional sales skills in this B2B and B2C sales role About the Opportunity As the Sales Manager for Precision Sheet Metal’s Vehicle Solutions Division, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding their market presence, delivering outstanding customer experience. Based at the Beverley headquarters and reporting directly to senior management, your responsibilities will include: Identifying and capitalising on new sales opportunities within the automotive industry. Strengthening and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Efficiently managing the project pipeline, proactively creating new business opportunities. Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person, providing knowledgeable assistance. Monthly sales reporting, tracking key performance metrics and progress toward goals. Overseeing and managing social media accounts to effectively engage with our customer base. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the product range and value proposition. Building and maintaining client relations to increase brand awareness across the SA car dealer network. Exceeding monthly sales targets for steel trays and aluminium service bodies, canopies, or trays. Preparing job packs for handover to the drafting department. Collaborating with external marketing partners. About You As a seasoned sales professional, you thrive on challenges and possess a passion, or genuine interest for the automotive sector. You might be currently working in 4X4 accessory or vehicle sales in retail or business to business. Ideally, you’ll be comfortable in selling to both customer types. You don’t have to have 4x4 sales experience but a genuine interest in the products is essential. Established to businesses or customer types with 4x4 vehicles would be advantageous. In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will have/be: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients and colleagues. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends or areas for improvement. Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges and setbacks in the sales process. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and overcome objections. A proactive and results-driven approach to sales and business development. Integrity and professionalism in all interactions, always representing the company positively. A current driver's license is essential Knowledge of modern 4x4 vehicles and aftermarket accessories is highly regarded.
