They are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Bakers Creek, NSW. Some of the key responsibilities include : Adhere to and manage the approved office budget; Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports; Apply resources to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets; Develop service procedures, policies and standards; Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth; Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions; Keep ahead of the Wagyu industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement; Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities; Mentor and develop all staff to ensure an excellent customer service experience; Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards a satisfied customer; Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution. To be considered you will need a level of skill commensurate with a Diploma or higher qualification and at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification employment experience OR at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.
