Administration Supervisor — North Ryde, Ryde Area

About you You have broad customer service and administrative experience (retail or hospitality would be ideal) as well as track record in staff supervision. You are looking for a new challenge and want to work in a positive team environment. About the role Reporting to the Parks and Gardens Manager you will have a broad scope of administration, operational and customer service responsibilities across two sites (North Ryde and Rookwood). No two days will be the same so your ability to be flexible and resilient will be essential. Your experience will be varied but you do need to have previous staff supervision experience, good computer skills and a "can do attitude". What skills and experience do you need? Experience in Supervision in an administration capacity Excellent written and oral communication skills Demonstrated knowledge and ability to manage customer accounts and debt collection procedures. A focus on customer service and collaborative business relationships. Experience in a service driven organisation, in an administrative capacity Ability to be people-oriented, and communicate effectively with all levels of the public, both in person and on the telephone. Ability to support and motivate a team, contributing to a harmonious and well engaged working environment.
