Our client, a leading food manufacturing company located in Ingleburn, is currently seeking experienced HR Drivers to join their dynamic team. This full-time role offers immediate start and excellent benefits. About the Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role involves delivering goods within inner and outer metro areas. This position is for the afternoon shift, working hours will be from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday to Friday. You'll be responsible for multi-drop deliveries, hand-unloading goods into customer stores, and ensuring timely completion of all deliveries. Main Responsibilities: Conducting multi-drop deliveries to customer sites. Hand-unloading goods directly into customer stores using hand trolleys. Ensuring efficient completion of deliveries and adherence to company policies. Managing cold chain requirements for chilled and frozen produce (training provided). Maintaining company vehicles. About You: Hold a current HR license. Able to provide a clean driving record Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic. Excellent customer service skills and organizational abilities. High level of integrity and commitment to service excellence. Professional presentation and communication skills. Prioritize safety in the workplace and on the road.
