About the role As a Warehouse Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Branch Manager, to implement the operational targets for the site. You will lead and coordinate the operational activities of the Warehouse including Storepeople and Machine Operators to maintain continuity of supply, sustain the drive for operational excellence and quality of work while promoting a safe workplace and an and efficient working environment.Your responsibilities include: Lead a small work team, or designated work area along with managing contractors in the area Efficiently balance time between providing communication, direction, leadership and co-ordination of activities, and the responsibilities of an operator or store person.
