JourneyOne is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company by handling various tasks, including managing office supplies, timesheeting and invoicing, and assisting with general office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys working with like-minded people in a small team, is efficient and able to work independently while managing a diverse range of tasks. Requirements The requirements for this position include: Previous experience in an administrative role. Good organisational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional and friendly attitude.
