Experienced Instructional Designer required for large mining client based North of the River Our client is seeking the expertise of an experienced instruction designer who will design and develop a blended learning approach alongside SMEs and other major stakeholder groups. Reporting to the Project Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following: Liaising with internal and external SMEs to design and develop eLearning storyboards and modules Collaborate to provide industry design best practice Design and develop a suite of e-learning modules Ensure protection of intellectual property To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced e-learning instructional designer with strengths within Articulate, Rise or Captivate, ideally from within the mining sector. You will possess a blended learning background and excel in your communication and collaboration to deliver best results. You will possess a related tertiary qualification and ideally coupled with a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. You will possess the ability to multi-task and deliver to required timelines.
