We are primarily looking for those who can work nights and weekends, this is where the big bucks are too Currently, most of the hours we have available are in the Front Bar and Gaming Room, so if you are your RSA, TAB, or Gaming Training, that's a bonus If you are over 18 and have the right attitude, we can organise this training for you. The role requires a reliable person with availability for evenings, night shifts, and weekends. General waiting and service duties of food and beverages such as coffee, snacks, and bartending Professional service/supply, dispensing/mixing of liquor and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Welcoming and engaging with customers, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Assisting with gaming machine operations, answering phones, and checking accommodation guests in and out. Providing excellent customer service by attending to customer needs promptly and courteously. Monitoring gaming areas to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. Assisting with cash handling, machine payouts, and general administration tasks. Promoting responsible gambling and service practices and offering support if required. Collaborating with team members to maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the gaming lounge.
