What will you be doing? Your primary job is ensure each and every guest has an experience of a lifetime. Together you will share special places and create lasting memories. Your days might include: Delivering exceptional guest experiences and consistent service; Barista and basic food preparation duties; Overseeing the stock control of consumables and daily reconciliations;; Address guest complaints or issues promptly to maintain guest experience; Adherence of operational procedures and WHS requirements and General café, kitchen and terminal housekeeping. This is physically demanding role requiring you to work on your feet for long periods of time.
