The role: This role will be primarily responsible for assisting internal and external customers in a range of services and sales enquiries across the wide range of building products. Based at their design studio, you will be responsible for; Assisting customers with service requests, order management, job scheduling for installations and deliveries; Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of the company's products and services; Providing customers with friendly professional advice on the products; Ensuring that all customer enquiries are answered in a prompt and professional manner via phone, email, fax and digital channels; Confirming and processing call ups and service requests daily; Adhering to pricing Matrix and use correct pricing authority codes including confirming all pricing with customers / reps before processing an order; Complete returns as required ensuring that all customers are made aware of any impending changes; Ensure that the documentation of client's orders, and stock control are filed and kept orderly and in accordance with company procedures; Ensure all work areas, displays and office is maintained in a tidy, clean, and presentable manner at all times; Prepare mail and deliver it to the post office daily; Assist designated Sales Representative with daily needs; and Provide back-up reception duties to visitors, including signing in and providing PPE for them to wear. What we are looking for: A strong blend of customer service coupled with an accurate eye for detail are essential skills required for this role; Experience in a manufacturing / building / sales environment; JDE experience advantageous; Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm; and High level of written and verbal communication skills.
