About the opportunity: Reporting into the National Training Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing training, development and education of your portfolio of stores and their teams across NSW. With a mix of in-store 'in the moment' training, planned training and classroom training (in person and virtual), you will ensure that the team are fully equipped with the skills and necessary information to perform their best, every day. This will include planning, communicating, delivery and follow up to assess the outcomes of retention and level of team knowledge. Responsibilities: Provide best in class training to the retail team across your allocated stores In person and classroom style training across all areas aspects of products Prepare and coordinate sessions and material in line with business expectations Training on existing products, new season and new category and brand launches Work with store leadership and KPI's on identifying opportunity within team and individuals Manage progress through attendance and data management Ability to influence and engage large teams Follow up and assess performance metrics post training sessions are held Hold team accountable for their own learning journey To be considered: Previous Training experience in beauty or fragrance Ideally a Cert IV in Training & Assessment although not necessary with relevant experience Understanding of the retail environment is a must Proven experience working towards KPI's and influencing outcomes Experience creating learning content and adapting to local market Strong communication skills and the ability to present to large groups at times Understanding of makeup application are required Ability to travel between stores and interstate as and when required What's in it for you: Mix of WFH/WFO as well as out in the field Manage your own schedule determined by business needs Amazing development and growth within the wider organisation Amazing discounts as well as gifted products annually Other discounted memberships and well being offers Next steps: This is a key role for the business and will be interviewing immediately so don't delay in applying now to be considered for this amazing opportunity.
