An exciting opportune has presented for a proven Warehouse Supervisor to join the team and make this role their own. Key tasks include Warehouse Supervision • Oversees and coordinates the efficient operation of all warehouse facility activities, • Maintains accuracy of warehouse stock systems, • Oversees stock control and processing delivery orders according with their lead times, • Ensures delivery requirements within budgeted resources and transportation costs, • Assists in the set-up, lay out and monitoring of free space in the warehouse to ensure stock is stored in a logical and safe manner, • Ensures standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security within the work environment, • Continually assess ways to minimise warehouse expenditure according with the Budget and justification for staffing, freight, and capital equipment. • Overseen pallet and consumable counts are actioned per requirement, Team Supervision • Creates an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, • Monitors day to day warehouse operations while providing guidance of the Warehouse team to ensure quality of outcomes and consistency in approach, • Promotes team performance by assisting with tasks including rostering, supervision, job performance, dispute resolution and adherence of team to company policies and procedures, • Monitors the achievement of outcomes and provides feedback, guidance, motivation and coaching as required.
