The Ideal Candidate will have Previous Head Bartender/ Bar Supervisor experience Strong leadership skills with focus on staff development Excellent cocktail, beer & spirits knowledge Wine knowledge advantageous Exceptional service skills and guest focus Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods Demonstrated ability in building effective relationships Organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and presentation Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts Must have full work-rights in Australia Must have RSA Certificate Interested?
