The key duties of the position include Key Responsibilities: Legal Service and Advice: Collaborate with the Manager, Legal and senior members of the Legal team to provide timely legal advice on commercial arrangements. Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies. Manage legal risk, contribute to internal training, and assist with regulatory reporting and compliance processes. Relationship Management: Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Legal team and the Procurement & Commercial Services team. Liaise with external lawyers and professional advisors, as well as other commercial counterparties and partners.
