With a loyal clientele base for both takeaways and dining, we specialize in serving delectable breakfast and lunch options alongside our diverse coffee offerings. Weekly coffee consumption stands at an impressive 27 kgs, indicating our commitment to quality brews. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including long black, short black, espresso, latte, cappuccino, piccolo, hot chocolate, and both hot brew and cold brew filter coffee. - Masterfully craft Prana leaf chai and an assortment of loose-leaf teas. - Ensure exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and cafe area. - Collaborate with team members to uphold cafe standards and exceed customer expectations. - Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Requirements: - Prior experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe environment. - Proficiency in operating coffee machines and equipment. - Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, customer-focused setting. - Flexibility to work 5 days a week across a seven day roster from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm.
