We embody work life balance and provide rewarding career pathways for all our people What you’ll do (but not limited to) We are currently searching for a switched-on Retail Manager to take our Ramsay Pharmacy High Street store to the next level. Lead a professional & fun team with a great working roster, which can be tailored to the needs of the successful candidate. This position requires a passionate individual with an ability to guide and lead others, drive sales, and meet KPI's. Training and support will be provided to the successful candidate, including a period of handover from current Retail Manager. Coach and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and induction. Maintain employee work direction including base rostering, training and annual leave Create an empowering culture that enables the pharmacy and retail team to excel What you’ll bring Ability to manage and lead a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles. Demonstrated commitment to customer service, inventory control & continuous quality improvement. Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is highly desirable, but not essential.
