About the role: Due to growth, this role will see you working closely with an ex top tier Partner. Day to day, you will: advise across a mix of arbitration, high end construction litigation matters as well as some front end drafting work; work with an even mix of private developer / construction company clients as well as some work for State Government; and be part of a close knit, collegiate, growing team that will allow you to work closely with the Partner but also have support from two senior lawyers. Skills/Experience: To be considered for this role you will: have 2-6 years' PAE in construction law; ideally have demonstrated experience in construction litigation though litigators with some exposure to construction will be considered; importantly, have a real passion and desire to specialis in construction law.
