Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health. Due to experiencing an increase in work, we are currently expressing interest for experienced Disability Support Workers to support a range of NDIS participants. Roles will include in-home care and community access activities. We currently have a range of low care and high care participants. Suitability of roles will be based upon skills and experience with locations based throughout Gold Coast. This will be an ongoing position with no end date in sight, the shifts will be on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday from 9:00am-3:00pm. Key Responsibilities: Assistance with scheduling Assistance with personal care if required only Assistance with domestic tasks and meal prep Assistance with prompting medications Transporting and accompanying with community access health and rehab appointments Skills & Experiences: Completed a minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support Must have a driver's licence and reliable transport Current First Aid & CPR-valid. National Police Clearance within last 12 months.
