About the Company Work with a company who have been providing Accident & Health claims and work injury management services to employers and workers for over 25 years. Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm; Full-time in a brand-new office - Pyrmont location; $50,000-$60,000 superannuation; Progression opportunities - move into a Case Manager position; and Great culture with ongoing support About the Role With offices in Melbourne, Brisbane & now Sydney, be part of a service that provides a national service with onsite presence. Key responsibilities include: Providing proactive administrative support; Registration of claims; Answer telephone calls & assist with general and claim related inquiries; and Reconcile closed claims. Skills & Experience Strong time management skills including the ability to multitask; Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment; Advanced skills in Microsoft office will be strongly considered; Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a high performing team and culture; Completion of year 12 High School education; and Must hold full working rights - no WHV/students.
