Project Leadership: Oversee and manage end-to-end BESS projects, encompassing budget allocation, scheduling, resource coordination, and effective risk mitigation. Advanced Control Strategies: Develop and execute cutting-edge control strategies and software solutions, optimizing system operation and ensuring grid stability. Collaboration: Foster robust collaboration across internal departments and external stakeholders, including utility companies and regulatory bodies, to realize successful project outcomes. Testing and Optimization: Supervise thorough system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting, guaranteeing adherence to precise specifications and efficient functionality. Continuous Advancement: Stay attuned to industry trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, enhancing our client's BESS offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Battery Energy Storage Systems. Proficiency in energy storage technologies, grid integration, power electronics, and control systems. Strong analytical prowess, adept in utilizing simulation tools and software for precise system modeling. Project management acumen, encompassing budgeting, scheduling, and effective team management. Familiarity with pertinent industry standards, codes, and regulations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Preferred Skills: Proficiency in energy management systems (EMS) and battery management systems (BMS). Insight into utility-scale energy storage projects and grid services. Programming proficiency in languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++. Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems for streamlined monitoring and control.
