Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Battery Energy Storage Systems. Proficiency in energy storage technologies, grid integration, power electronics, and control systems. Strong analytical prowess, adept in utilizing simulation tools and software for precise system modeling. Project management acumen, encompassing budgeting, scheduling, and effective team management. Familiarity with pertinent industry standards, codes, and regulations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Preferred Skills: Proficiency in energy management systems (EMS) and battery management systems (BMS). Insight into utility-scale energy storage projects and grid services. Programming proficiency in languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++. Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems for streamlined monitoring and control.
