Hudson is currently in search of a Network Engineer for our client, offering an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. The role requires an immediate start and offers a negotiable daily rate. The ideal candidate should possess at least baseline clearance, with an active NV1 or NV2 considered highly desirable. Responsibilities will include working on projects designated by the hiring manager, with a preference for candidates based in Adelaide, although Melbourne is also a viable option. Skills and Experience Required: Proficiency in designing and maintaining Enterprise networking environments, encompassing LAN, WAN, and DataCentre. Expertise in Palo Alto Firewalls and F5 BigIP ADCs. Strong command over Cisco Wireless and Cisco ISE technologies. Possession of Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification. Comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP and associated protocols. Thorough knowledge of mainstream operating systems such as Linux and Windows.
