About the role The successful applicants will be responsible for the coordination and end to end case management of applications made to the Human Rights Division under the Human Rights and Guardianship Lists. This will incorporate administrative and business functions with a strong customer focus designed to promote awareness and understanding of VCAT processes and legislative requirements. Their main focus is ensuring cases are ready for hearing and parties are prepared so the VCAT Member is able to make an informed decision. Case Officers individually manage a caseload of around 80-140 cases at a given time. All cases vary in risk and complexity, and are at various stages of the VCAT process.
