About the Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assistance to IR Administrator and admin support Middle School (Years 9-10) - data entry, claims, contact with relief staff. Assist Years 9-10 enrolments. Communicating effectively and displaying high level interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member. Maintaining anecdotal records. Display confidentiality, respect, tact, reliability and sensitivity to students and their families. Clerical assistance duties at a very high standard including OneSchool data entry, telephone and filing. Assistance with various school events/ceremonies. QParents process. Data entry Daymap.
