The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) is looking to fill the role of HCL Notes and Domino Administrator in our Security and Infrastructure Branch. This is a permanent position at the APS 6 classification level. Successful applicants can work either full-time or part-time hours. Flexible working arrangements, including a hybrid model of working from home and the office applies.The HCL Notes and Domino Administrator role may include the following duties: configure, integrate, manage HCL Software Infrastructure including Notes client, Domino, MarvelClient, HCL Connection, HCL Volt MX Goproviding technical support of Notes Client and Domino application (level 2/3 type support)understanding HCL future software directions (HCL Volt MX Go and Domino REST API)providing expert advice with regards to the adoption and appropriate use of HCL Software (Notes / Domino, HCL Volt MX Go, Domino REST API)consulting with business and technical stakeholders to perform requirements gathering and implement solutions to satisfy those requirementsdeveloping repeatable processes through scripting and automation.Common responsibilities across all APS 6 level roles in the Security and Infrastructure Branch include: ensuring the delivery of ABS business outcomes through participation in multi-disciplinary agile teamsliaising with internal and external stakeholders (including vendors), leveraging their expertise to resolve critical issues and inform decisionsadhering to the ABS Contract, Change Management and Financial management processesutilising your technical leadership experience to mentor staff and contribute to organisational capability uplift and support Executive Level staff to lead and manage the sectionpreparing and maintaining appropriate documentationan expectation to participate in a 24 x 7 on-call roster.What we are looking forTo be considered for a HCL Notes and Domino Administrator position (APS 6), you will need most, or all of the following skills, qualities and experience:demonstrated experience in deploying, managing and troubleshooting Domino Servicesdemonstrated experience in configuration and support of the Notes Clientknowledge or experience with interoperability between HCL Notes / Domino and Microsoft 365knowledge or experience with the following desirable:o HCL Connections, HCL Volt MX Go, HCL Domino REST APIo HCL Notes/Domino Developmento Panagenda MarvelClient, Greenlight, iDNA.o HCL Domino Containerisation.To apply, complete an online application form on the ABS e-recruitment system.
