Administration Assistant/Receptionist - Box Hill Central — Chadstone, Monash Area

Role purpose The key purpose of the Administration Assistant and Reception is to provide high quality service and efficient administrative support to the centre management office. This role will focus predominantly across reception coupled with varied administration and customer service responsibilities. What will you bring? You will be an experienced Administrator who has worked in similar office administration and/or reception roles. You will have demonstrated experience in customer service in a corporate or hospitality based environment. You will be known for your ability to provide exemplary customer service at every touch point to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. You will bring excellent communication and administration skills; have the ability to multi-task and a strong attention to detail.
