About the Role As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing confidential administrative and executive support in line with our departmental policies and procedures. This multifaceted role involves acting as the first point of contact for the unit, managing inquiries, and providing vital assistance to our HR Business Partnering team on various projects. If you are an administration whiz with a keen interest in HR, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our team Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide confidential administrative and executive support in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Act as first point of contact for the unit, including screening, responding to and redirecting enquiries. Provide administrative assistance to the HR Business Partnering team on various projects. Process briefs, departmental and ministerial correspondence accurately, in accordance with the departments' electronic records management system (Content Manager) to ensure the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
