THE COMPANY Our client is a family-owned company within the printing and stationary field. Due to internal growth, we are now seeking an experienced office administrator to join their friendly and supportive team in Laverton North. This position will be on a part time basis working 2.5 days per week, with the view for increased hours and permanent, stable employment in the near future. The successful candidate will be required to work Tuesday: 9am-1pm, Wednesday: 9am-3:30pm and Friday 9am-3:30pm. Perfect for a mum who is looking to return to the workforce or wanting to work during school hours THE ROLE First point of contact; answering incoming calls Processing of customer orders Liase with suppliers Checking stock on hand in warehouse Data entry into Excel Processing of invoices in MYOB Other general administration tasks as required THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Previous experience working in an office admin role or similar Excellent communication skills; written and verbal Proficient using Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word & Excel Previous experience using MYOB/Xero or similar accounting software High attention to detail True team player Honest and reliable Own vehicle and driver's licence (parking on site) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family-owned business on a part time basis and work close to home in the western suburbs If you meet the above criteria, please APPLY NOW with an updated resume outlining your experience.
