Your role at St John of God Health Care You will be responsible for assisting the General Manager Digital and Technology to drive a strong culture of performance management, performance improvement and stewardship organisationally by driving key initiatives within Digital and Technology. The Position Supporting the GM D&T to drive strong culture of performance management, performance improvement and stewardship organisationally. Development and reporting of key performance indicators that links to strategic performance measures, cyber controls and operational service performance targets. Diagnose performance issues through stakeholder consultation, process analysis and qualitative and quantitative data review. Identify and analyse current performance and develop improvement options and detailed implementation plans. Research best practice approaches to performance improvement with external organisations. Support to GM D&T re meetings, working groups, and communications. Develop, coordinate, and deliver communication plans that support the D&T program of work. Advocate the Discernment process and building capability within the team to successfully drive outcomes through this process. Responsible for the development of the DI&T caregiver resource management strategy and framework, aligned with D&T’s strategy and roadmap. Lead the annual resource management budget submission process within D&T. Accountable for monitoring and reporting on all aspects of resource management within D&T, providing insights to senior leaders. Accountable for the successful implementation and delivery of agreed initiatives across D&T related to driving culture, improving processes and performance measures, and responding to operational and financial challenges including developing FY budgets and forecasts (capital and Operational). Oversee the tracking of the D&T audit schedules and actions arising from audit findings reports. You will have strong hands-on analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret customer business needs, along with highly developed strategic, conceptual and problem solving skills. To succeed you will have the ability to positively promote, influence and implement change. It is highly regarded if you have previous health care experience.
