The role is based at Ramsay Clinic Caloundra, Patient Accounts Management - North QLD Billing Hub Key accountabilities of the role include: Generation and submission of accounts to patients, health funds and third-party payers. Liaising with Health Funds and Customers. Handling account queries/ Follow up. Maintaining the Aged Trial Balance to required KPIs. Data processing. About You This position is suited to a reliable, self-motivated individual with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, and to someone who can manage their workload to meet key deadlines. Additionally, you should possess a strong customer focus and demonstrate the ability to communicate well with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
