Complete documentation associated with the collection and delivery of the concrete. Ensure safety standards are maintained including daily pre-start checks on the vehicle. Must-Have: Previous Agitator experience Current, clean HR driver's license Committed to a minimum of 3-month contracts Construction (white) card Ability to pass PEM & DAS Medicals Proven ability to work within a team environment. Current commercial driver’s medical (or able to obtain) Strong commitment to safety and the environment. Desirable: HC or MC licence Operate & Maintain 4WD ticket Water Truck ticket and experience Front End Loader ticket and experience Mines Inducted Relevant concrete industry experience operating a Concrete Agitator Truck within a mines site environment Successful applicants will undergo & pass a full pre-employment medical and lab Drug and alcohol test Please apply in word format & attach all relevant documents, qualifications, licences & certifications (in colour front & back) to the resume .
