As our Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact within the organisation and assist the Office Manager/WHS Coordinator to ensure the daily running of our Bravehearts’ offices. This is a job share arrangement, part time position 2 days a week, Thursday and Friday 8.15am to 4.15pm. What a day might look like: Manage incoming calls and record messages promptly. Welcome and direct visitors efficiently. Coordinate mail, courier services, and goods receipt. Maintain office supplies and provide IT assistance. Support new staff onboarding and internal directories. Manage facility maintenance and contractor coordination. Handle invoicing and administrative tasks. Manage printer supplies and vendor coordination. Assist with staff onboarding, WHS compliance, and exits. Manage office security measures and IT troubleshooting. Coordinate quotations, invoices, and contractor supervision.
