Position Information Rouse Hill High School is a comprehensive High School with 1330 students and a teaching staff of 86. Additional to our mainstream, the school has one autism class. Stage six students study the Higher School Certificate using the compressed curriculum model. The school has a focus on collaborative practice to improve teaching practice and student outcomes. The school is supported by small but active P&C. Selection Criteria Approval to teach Personal Development, Health & Physical Education. Approval to teach Sport, Lifestyle & Recreation/ Physical Activity & Sport Studies (SLR) and Community and Family Studies (CAFS). Highly developed communication and organisational skills to build positive relationships in the faculty and the school community. Demonstrated ability to deliver PDHPE programs using teaching practices which differentiate to meet the needs of all students. Capacity to contribute to sport and extra-curricular activities in school, including but not limited to, gala days, carnivals, and knockout competitions. Conditions An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement.
